Nancy Richards was born and raised in tiny
(pop. 97!) Silvana, Washington, where her father was
the pastor of the town church. She enjoyed growing
up in a farm community, riding her bike to the
general store to pick up groceries for her family.
She was a member of 4-H Lads and Lassies, showing
her rabbits and modeling clothes at local fairs.
At Arlington High School Nancy excelled in
Accounting and English, was active in the community
church and youth group, played Volleyball for the
Eagles, played the clarinet in Band, participated in
Drill Team, and was an Honors Student to boot!
Nancy started working in a CPA firm as a Junior in
High school, and continued while earning her
Associates degree at Everett Community College.
After graduation she worked as a Full Charge
Bookkeeper for a lumber company, then 11 years at a
CPA firm before joining Bauer Evans in the Spring of
2006.
As Bauer Evan’s Computer Administrator, and a Staff
II Accountant, Nancy has many duties. Her accounting
areas of expertise are QuickBooks Set Up and
Training, preparation of Corporate, Partnership and
Personal Income Tax Returns, and Payroll
Processing/Tax Reporting. |
