Lisa Niverson was raised on a cattle ranch
outside of Warden, Washington. She grew up with
horses and a multitude of pets on the family ranch,
where they raised Polled Hereford beef, alfalfa, and
wheat. She worked with the horses and cattle and in
the fields operating various farm machinery such as
tractors, swathers, and combines.
While growing up she attended 4-H with her dog and
horse, participating in showing and Western games,
including barrel racing and pole bending, among
other speed events.
At Moses Lake High School, Lisa was an Honors
student in math and science, participating in the
Running Start program. She was able to earn her AA
degree during her final two years of high school by
attending classes full time at Big Bend Community
College. Lisa was on the President’s List and was a
member of Phi Theta Kappa, Big Bend’s National Honor
Society. She graduated from community college with
honors a week after graduating high school and
headed to Eastern Washington University with an
Associates degree in accounting.
During Lisa’s final year at Eastern Washington
University, she was hired by a local CPA firm
serving clients in the farming and agriculture
industry. She worked full time and graduated from
Eastern with a Bachelors in Professional Accounting
in 2002. She worked three tax seasons and 5 audits
of large grain Co-ops before moving to Western
Washington.
Lisa joined Bauer Evans in 2004. As a Staff II
Accountant, she focuses on Tax Return Preparation,
Financial Statement Compilation, and Auditing. |
